Cape Counseling Services incorporates the principals of Performance Improvement throughout the organization, in both clinical and administrative functions. Our goal is to provide the highest quality clinical and social services, while keeping everyone safe. Processes are studied proactively to measure performance outcomes as defined by Evidence Based Practice, regulatory - licensing standards, and internally defined procedures/policies. CCS Staff and Clients are involved in the PI process through a participatory committee structure, embraced by a supportive culture of reporting safety and quality concerns, and an ongoing effort to support effective communication.
