Hours/Schedule: 40 hrs/wk/On-Call and additional hours as necessary
Job Function: The qualified screener shall provide screening and crisis stabilization services to any person in need of the services. These services include but are not limited to: 1. Assessment, referral and linkage 2. Hotline coverage 3. Crisis stabilization 4. Development of alternative treatment plans 5. Consultation, training and technical assistance to other clinical staff 6. Consultation with the psychiatrist 7. Supervision and monitoring of patients 8. Screening Outreach 9. Screening of patients who maybe in need of commitment 10. Screening for admission to STCF's.
Education and Experience Required: Master's Degree in related field plus one year exp in psych setting; or Bachelor's Degree plus three years mental health experience, one of which is in a psychiatric setting; or Bachelor's Degree plus two years mental health experience, one of which in in a crisis setting and currently enrolled in a Master's program; or registered professional nurse with three years mental health experience, one of which is in a crisis setting. |

Job Function: To provide for the safety and security of adult clients within the residential setting by promoting a healthful and supportive environment. Schedule may change at any time due to program need and managers discretion.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, plus four years related mental health experience may be substituted for degree.
Experience: Knowledge of and experience with the chronic mentally ill adult population preferred. |

Function: An experienced, competent manager who is responsible for the administrative and clinical programming of a fully supervised psychiatric youth residence, service consumers ages 11 to 17.
Education: Masters in Behavioral Healthcare related field. Possession of a valid driver's license.
Experience: Minimum of (5) years experience working with children/adolescents and families with mental health problems. (1) year of supervisory experience. Previous residential experience preferred.

Rate: $15.00
Function: To fill in for staff that are vacationing or sick. Additionally, to be available for coverage when 1:1 is needed for Level 1 in a crisis situation.
Education: Possession of BA, BS or HS diploma with strong writing skills. Possession of a valid New Jersey drivers license.
Experience: Minimum of (2) year experience with children/adolescents with mental health problems if in possession of High School diploma. Must demonstrate flexibility and be competent in de-escalating crisis situation.

Hours: Case by case
Function: The Intensive In-Community Master's-level Direct Care Provider provides individual, group, and family counseling, referral to medication management, allied behavioral therapies and modalities, and clinical consultation to children and/or their families at non-hospital and non-clinic sites in the community at locations convenient to the child/youth and/or his/her family.
Education: A Master's Degree within the human services field from an accredited college, and licensure in a behavioral health field and authorization within the scope of practice as licensed/certified by New Jersey to assume responsibility for the provision of and supervision of these services.
Experience: The individual must have at least one-year experience working with children/adolescents, and must meet the eligibility requirements to become a Medicaid-provider of "Intensive In-Community Services delivered by a Clinically Licensed Behavioral Healthcare Provider.

Hours: 20 hrs per week
Job Function: Functions as a currently competent counselor/case manager who delivers professional care to children aged 5-21 and their families. The professional will utilize: assessment and treatment skills, comprehensive case management and liaison skills, utilization management, documentation, discharge planning, communication skills and treatment skills found in the Core Competency Inventory. Collaboration with physicians and other team member.
Education Required: Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or special Education, in a related field.
Experience: Two years' post degree work experience in the provision of mental health or related services. Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competency in current principles including discharge planning for children aged 5-21.

Hours/Schedule: Varies up to 29 per month
Job Function:Provides face-to-face individualized support services, at the Screening Center, to family members while their loved one is being assessed. To provide supportive contact and general support and assistance throughout the screening process. Provide family members with the necessary resources within the community. Provide community outreach to family members when necessary and appropriate.
Education Required:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in mental health related field. First- hand experience in living with a loved one with severe mental illness who has personally been involved with the screening process due to their loved ones mental illness may substitute demonstrated volunteer or paid experience working with family members in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Job Function: Administers all the programs and services of CCS. The FSC Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the FSC, and insuring fidelity to the contract and mission of the Family Success Center.
Education Required: A Master's Degree in social work and/or a human services related field.
Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years administrative, planning, and supervision experience, experience in a variety of disciplines with the ability to successfully coordinate the fiscal and regulatory demands of each. Experience in community advocacy and resource development.
